All of a sudden my client could not send large attachments. Got this error:
Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC0B'Task - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP)
Outlook 2007 was installed along with Trend Micro Internet Security. It was timing out on the send. Found it to be the scanning of large attachments was the issue so I turned off the out going scanning and it worked without a hitch.
See images below:

If you don't want to disable this, then try increasing your server timeout in advanced settings of your email accounts. To do this go to the top toolbar, tools, account settings, double click the email account you wish to adjust, more settings, advanced.
See example:
Another timeout option could be due to your internet connection.
Run "ping -n 25 www.yahoo.com" to see how many packets you lose. If the percentage goes above 4%, it can start to be noticeable in web browsers and may cause some e-mail clients to timeout.
At this point you might want to have your IT professional look at this or call your ISP and let them know what is happening.

Is my PC ready for Win7?
If you want to know if your computer is Windows 7 ready just download and run the Windows 7 advisor.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&familyid=1b544e90-7659-4bd9-9e51-2497c146af15
It scans your hardware and software for compatibility issues.
If you have XP you can't upgrade, it has to be a FRESH install, VISTA on the other hand is upgradeable.
Also, don't buy the HOME crap, get PRO or ULTIMATE or you won't be able to use Windows XP mode. This is important, especially in business. Business networks should NEVER, EVER purchase the HOME version of ANYTHING.

Windows 7 XP Mode
Now you have no excuses NOT to upgrade to Windows 7.
Not only have the ironed out the kinks with compatibility, they have also incorporated Windows XP Mode(which is a virtual session)for older programs that just won't work in compatibility mode.
The only catch is you must have Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate to run Windows XP Mode.

Vista: Trust Relationship Between Workstation and Domain Fails
Client did a system restore on their Vista Ultimate machine which was on a domain. They did so as they tried to update the video drivers and it crashed the machine. After restore they got their dual video back on their crappy ACER workstation but they could no longer log into the domain.
When trying to log in to the domain, after the system restore on Vista machine, they got this error message:
"Trust Relationship Between Workstation and Domain Failed."
The only way to get past it was to unplug the machine from the network cable, log in and setup a local account, as the person who originally set it up did not and could not log in with admin account.
What I did to fix this was to remove the computer from the domain and rejoin the domain on the Vista machine. Rebooted and all was well.
